Letang Tlome
Born in the 80’s in Tshwane’s vibrant township of
Soshanguve, Letang Tlome is a professionally trained
musician, recording artist, songwriter, studio session
musician, vocal coach and award-winning live
performer. Letang comes from a musical family, with
both her parents, Eva Toiki and father, Peter Mosioa
Tlome, having been part of their local church choir.
Her mother noticed a keen interest in singing and
went on to enter her into various competitions. With
her raw talent, the young Letang dominated the
scene and brought home silverware from platforms
such as the 1999 Centurion Music Festival and the
Star Search TV Show on SABC 1.
The songbird’s abilities were further refined when
she enrolled in 2000 at the National School of the
Arts in Johannesburg, qualifying with a Diploma in
Music, majoring in Vocals. This set her on a course
that would include musical theatre, where she
toured South Africa as part of a production called
Pulse of Africa.
This opened other doors, including being chosen to
be part of the 2003 Coca Cola Popstars group Adilah.
The quintet dazzled not only local fans, but enjoyed
successful tours internationally, including Paris.
Not one to be boxed into a specific category, Letang
released a gospel hit in 2017 entitled It’s Not Over,
garnering even more fans who had no idea she was
such a versatile musician. This allowed her to
explore her various talents, including being a musical
storyteller.
Her latest single is Vusani…and tells the tale of a
woman who has endured tough circumstances. She
has seen her friends prosper while her life continues
to be difficult. She now pleads with her ancestors to
help so that her life takes a more positive direction.
Vusani is part of her upcoming album that will be
released in the latter part of 2019, cementing her as
an all-round musician. Audiences will relate to the
musical ode to South African women, as her stories
are authentic.
Pablo
Born Thato Sedumedi in the 90's, from the platinum city Rustenburg in the North West Province, from a small town called Tlhabane. Pablo started writing music at the age of 15, inspired by the likes of Hip Hop Pantsula, Proverb and many other vernac artists. Pablo's musical artistry plays a significant role to most young people as it narrates to/with their current lifestyle. Songs/Tracks lLikeHhis 1st Ssingle "Cause & Effect" p Produced Bby the legendary motswako producer, Thabiso "Thasman" Tsotetsi, of "Impact Sounds" explains a lot about what the past paragraph means.
Pablo was discovered by record label founder/owner, Gaby Kenosi, and he is now signed with him and scheduled to release a lot of music under the RocaWorld label.
Pablo's recent work was saw him landing a feature on Motsweding FM Dj Big Boy's tTrack which also features Lection and Ntukza from the duo Teargas He's Currently in studio working on his solo album which will feature his previous singles titled "Cause & Effect" which features Bingo Silinda& "Wame For Tonight" featuring PhilaMadlingozi Pablo's single titled #Bareng has been play listed on radio stations such YFM, MotswedingFM, North West FM, Mafikeng FM, Just to name a few. Great things lay ahead for Pablo as he continues to break barriers with his technically acclaimed musical artistry. He recently released a single titled "Way Up" and was playlisted on over 30 Radio Stations. His music video which was shot by the talented OfentseMwase of OM Films was featured on MTV Base, SABC 1’s Urban Music Xperience and on Channel O’s TurnUp.
